Every chance he gets he's mentioning the Cowboys lol.

Discussing the Broncos-Jets highlights, gives some keen observations of the Broncos offense, then gives a troll smile as he throws in, "But they still can't beat the Cowboys." Later talks about how amazing the Peyton Manning-Julius Thomas connection is, but then throws in, "But I know you don't think they can beat the Cowboys" with a sly grin on his face.

Irvin wants to be out there so bad. That is why I love the guy. He is Cowboys through and through. If Jerry called him up tomorrow, he would be on the practice field by Tuesday and ready to go. He is just that kind of guy.

Every successful team needs one guy just like him. Luckily, I think the Cowboys have one in Dez. No quit, all heart, give 100%.

Hahaha "They are the best team in the NFL!!"

I love me some Mike. Deion is semi agreeing with him, but running around what Irvin is saying as well.

LT said we are the best in the NFC. I think they are scared of Peyton though.
Deion was offering nothing but backhanded compliments at best, you could tell he disappointed we won. The football world was upset. Only the cowboys, the cowboy's fans and Mike are happy about the win. We finally got a team that can hit teams in the mouth while telling them we are going to hit them in the mouth and there isn't anything them can do about it except take it!

He just keeps talkin bout the boys being the best team. The guys are trying to cover other teams and Irvin still going on about cowboys. The host had to ask him - can I move on now, I've got to cover the afc east - as they change subject Irvin still talking. lol, funny. Love him
It obvious that all on the set were unhappy about the win except for Mike. They didn't even show our pressers until late. I am loving it embracing the hate.

LMAO I love Irvin. He's not a homer. He's a true blue Cowboy all the way. I bet if the executives tells him to tone it down about the Cowboys winning or he'll be fired, he will still be cheering his love for this team on. Thats passion and has nothing to do with being a homer.

I think it's also funny how he manages to get the last word in during transitions. So yes, even if told to tone it down he will still get his comments in.

CowboysZone LOYAL Fan
It strikes me kinda funny when Irvin gets on TV and so unrelentingly crows about the Cowboys. I can readily imagine how the fans of other teams must be pulling their hair having to listen to him. To me, it's delightful, tho.

That emotion won him 5 championships! I miss him on the team.

He is reborn in Dez Bryant. Great to see Dez cheering on the D , congratulating teammates, not pouting that he didn't deliver the biggest play of the game.

Take that sportscasters you have lost your " Dez is a problem child " mantra.

After all these years of " pile on" he wants to share in the moment of joy... Proud to count you as a Cowboy Michael.

This is his opportunity to stick it to the rest of the NFL Network. I know he's enjoying it.

They may have taken away your " push off" Michael, but that doesn't mean you can't throw some mean cross body blocking on them now.....

That's because he is seeing " a team" win, not just an individual. To Prime it's all about him, and not the others who make it possible for him to occasionally shine.

....and his colleagues hates it and he don't care and he has no shame and I love it!
