San Francisco 49ers free-agent guard Mike Iupati has told people he plans to sign with the Arizona Cardinals, sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

A first-round pick of the 49ers in 2010 (No. 17 overall), Iupati was a mainstay at left guard as he was selected to three Pro Bowls and was named All Pro once.

They are going All in to get past the Seahawks. Although they are losing some off the defense (Dockett, Cromartie, Dan Williams) and LB Darly Washington is facing another suspension once he gets reinstated.

Russell Wilson won a super bowl and was in a second.

I'm not trying to compare the two. Just saying a great defense and running game with a quarterback who can make smart decisions makes it possible.

I agree, but Palmers special at nothing. Russel while not the greatest arm in the league is at least a duel threat and special when outside the pocket

Meh, if inconsistent Joe Flacco could lead a team to a SB, I don't see why Palmer can't.
