Article says that the coaching staff is allowing Mike Jenkins to play press coverage at his discretion.

High risk/high reward with the possibility of a greater number of turnovers.
 
I don't think it's a lot of risk involved. When we played man last year, he pretty much played press most of the time. They're just giving him the leeway now (mainly in zone defense, I believe) so I think it also helps us disguise some coverages better.

Risk wise it depends on the offensive formation. When you are dealing with a 2 WR set the CB can come up and press cover knowing he will have a safety over the top when offense spread you out in the 4 or 5 WR sets you are normally better off giving a bit of a cushion
 
I can't wait for Mike Jenkins to come out and shut Andre Johnson down.
