all played very well today...especially scandrick

Jenkins showed some aggression and can play physical...he just needs to learn to wrap up better on some plays...then he will be really good CB.

Yeah, he wrapped up like he was trying to molest the guy. It was funny.

Campo really needs to teach this kid how to tackle though.. If our corners would just start making solid tackles instead of trying to strip the ball everytime, they will do much better. We need SOLID TACKLING on this team. Great effort by the D but this is really what we should expect week in and week out with all the talent that is there.

I thought we were in trouble when Ball came in for Henry, but was pleasantly surprised. Tampa Bay tested him, but he had pretty good to great coverage whenever they did.

I think Henry is just too slow to play this 10 yard cushion junk. Might see him at safety next year should the rookies and Ball continue to improve.

The posts on Jenkins and Scandrick: and even Ball are very encouraging. I've been down on Henry for quite some time so this is very good news. ( I didn't get the game in my market today, but I'm ecstatic that these kids came through today: best news of the year so far really)

Jenkins and Scandrick are going to be good one's for us. Even Ball showed excellent speed/quickness. Stuck on his guys well.

Once Newman comes back, Henry should never see another down at CB IMO. Might shouldnt see another down regardless.

The play of the younguns in the secondary may be the best part of the game. Even Courtney Brown didn't embarrass himself.

Keep in mind, though, that the Bucs aren't exactly known for a prolific offense.

Still, great job and you gotta remember Camps.

The defense has had to compensate for Henry's inadequacies all-year long. He just isn't quick enough to play CB anymore. I would not mind if he never saw a snap again as a true CB. If we want to bring him in on the nickel to match against TEs, then he may yet serve a useful role when healthy. I don't think he can play FS because he is too frail although his ballhawking instincts would certainly be a plus and his inadequacies in coverage would be less.

I think he is gone next year so it is good to see that Scandrick and Jenkins look like potential starters.

Jenkins still makes some rookie errors, but he seemed to get it today. Dear Lord does Anthony Henry suck. I never thought I'd be far more content with Alan Ball in there than Anthony Henry.

Played pretty solid today. Would have like to see him jump of those routes and take one back. He has speed to burn and I'd like to see it.
