I just wanted to give him a little attention for playing through getting beaten up all game. Plaxico blind sided him with that monster hit and he continued to play. Also that nasty hit he took to the dome was brutal, which took him out of the game for a minute, but he ended up coming back. I know we talk about how soft he was for staying out with a stinger, but he showed some heart.

Yes, his gutsy performance got completely lost in all the chaos. Does anybody really think that Jenkins would've played like that under Phillips??? No way. He would've bowed out after the first big hit and called it a night. Very impressive.

I think Jenkins is an awesome player that is slept on by many. I have to admit, I wasn't sure about him when we drafted him- didn't really "see" it.
But he has surprised me and, despite much (unjust?) criticism I've seen him take on this board, I think he's one of the more underrated players in the league.

Great CBs aren't easy to come by and I think we have one in MJ.

He's outplayed Newman- the trendy DAL favorite CB- since he's been here, IMO...
