He has failed to keep this team motivated down the stretch of this season. He has failed to get them to stop riding the roller coaster of playing down to weaker opponents. He has failed to develop and coach the QB hard. He has failed to maintain any type of momentum heading into the playoffs. I’m very disappointed in him bc my hope was his championship pedigree would finally push this franchise over the edge. With the way this team is limping into the playoffs, it should be obvious to all what lies on the horizon.
