LOL you're more optimistic than me! It seems to trending more to a partial rebuild year. I think the Cowboys will be lucky to make the playoffs.

There seemed to be a lot more when Garrett was here. Every position coach also had an assistant, or most did.
MM cut down the staff. However, you are correct now it seems a lot more. At least on the offense. Defense is about the same, that MM had the past few years. May be an extra assistant in Ellis. But far less than Garrett had.
