It’s pretty much this simple you need a coach who builds the culture and players answer to the head coach. Not the drunken clown and his son getting on the radio cutting the legs from every coach that is hired. That’s what made Jimmy so great, the players respected him but also feared him.

What does McCarthy do to help this team? When does he scheme up a clever play? When does he attack an opponent's weakness or punish them for focusing on CeeDee?

The offense relies on someone winning their match-up, check downs, or Dak scrambling around on 3rd and long and pulling something out his behind.
