Mike McCarthy needs motivators on the coaching staff

If MM comes back, one thing MM needs is to focus solely on coaching/time management, he needs to hire guys that can motivate these players in a way that he's not able to. Having to call the offense, that should be left up to a signal caller that can call plays, and get the guys ready for any team and bring a swag with them! We need swag on defense and offense. Imagine being mentally prepared for a game and going out in a game and letting teams know that they're not going to mess with the Cowboys, and we actually send them back home crying to their wives!!!

This team needs a toughness to them, and MM needs to look for coaches that can bring the grit out of these players. Please give your thoughts on this

So... it would be advantageous for Mike McCarthy to add assistants like Jason Garrett, who could use motivational cue cards like 'FIGHT!' and 'POWER!'? meh. Could work but he will need Jerry Jones to first sign off on his choices.

HIs clapping alone would draw any of our players to put up maximum effort!! Side bar, I was thinking about him the other day, standing on the sidelines clapping as if he was at his child's recital or something lol PROUD father clap!!! Man this is football, POWER clap, curse or something lol

What good is a motivator on the staff when the Owner/GM undermines any authority the coaching staff has? Fear of being benched or cut is a powerful motivator and I doubt the coaching staff has that authority when the players know Jerry is calling the shots.

I've always thought of MM as more of a behind the scenes strategist not so much a motivator of men.

I didn’t see where motivation was a problem at all this year. These guys played hard all the way.
I think they need better players on DL, at receiver, at RB, and depth in secondary and LB.
