Jerry still needs a yes man as a head coach and always a players coach that needs to hold players hands and congratulate them rather than holding them accountable and being meticulous to details to avoid the stupid mistakes.
McCarthy is less of a yes man.....Jerry's yes man, the puppet will be Moore. Jerry put his hands up his you know what and can't wait to put him at the top and Jerry the frustrated coach run the team.

If not there is cozy barn awaiting in dairy land with a bunch of unemployed coaches waiting to study film.

14 penalties yesterday defines our entire season.

Undisciplined players, poor coaching, and lack of front office leadership.

agreed, and Quinn is not going to fix that as the HC. The defense had a ton of unforced errors.

I have no problem with Mike staying another year. He made some dumb decisions this year, but he's a coach who knows how to win a Superbowl and he's proven that.

Yes saying yes is a prime hiring trait for Jerry coaches.

I think Jerry will feel the need to fire him. Home playoff game, and we lay an egg. To keep McCarthy is to sign off on that performance.

Nobody worth a damn will work for Jerry, so why change?

If you don’t fire him you have absolutely nothing to sell to the fans who are done with your team and quarterback.

I don’t even think the Cowboys players believe in themselves or their QB either.

If you don’t make a coaching change what do you have going forward?

Doing a David Culley or Joe Judge would definitely be wild for Jerry. But it would have to be for a culture changer that has done it before. Firing Mike to make Moore the HC would be going backwards

Oh stop. When has he ever been turned down looking for a head coach?

How would we know? maybe Jerry knows not to look in that direction. Should we run down list of hires since Jimmy? Switzer, Gailey, Campo, Parcells (the exception), Cupcake, Fireball, Fatman. Real quality there. Yeah, Jerry always gets his Patsy....
