I was at a bar one time along time again and the bar owner had a bunch of different bottles behind him and I asked which was the hottest. He picked up a bottle that had no label just XXXX on it in marker. He stuck the tip of a toothpick in it. I stick it on my tongue and it took a second and it started burning. Eyes watered ears on fire, sweating. Wow. My buddy laughed and got up to go pee. I stuck the toothpick in his draft beer for a second. He came out and took a big ole drink. He didn’t laugh anymore. I had to pick up the tab. Good times..

I brought this up because I am currently ordering hot sauce and its ilk. You inspired me, Dave's was one of them that I ordered.

But you're right, when you pee it burns. But most importantly you have to watch how you handle the substance. Get it on your hands you have to make sure it is washed off before doing anything. Not just a quick washing of your hands either. You have to scrub it off. Because if you touch your eye or go to the bathroom and take a pee, you'll suffer. And that's after washing your hands. Imagine if you didn't?

I have a tolerance to the hot sauce and capsaicin. But my eyes and private parts don't. I've had Dave's before and it is very good. But it's one of the hotter ones. I have to always be careful of how much I put in the mix because you want to be able to eat it. Too hot is never good.
