Mike Tomlin next

Just think of the number of players that became divas under him or players that went off the rail or players who had contract disputes and they had to get rid of. Now just imagine that times 10 with the Cowboys and the Jones.

Also if it were another team besides the steelers he probably would have gone a few years early. Steelers to hold on to their coaches for long periods of time.

No thanks.

Tomlin is Jason Garrett with better PR.

8-8 kinda coach.
Tomlin is a defensive coach. He won a super bowl with a team Bill Cowher constructed bc he went in there and lit a fire under a bunch of complacent players who got too comfortable. His message eventually got stale but he had pittsburgh playing at a level we haven't seen in Dallas in since 1995. The biggest problem though wasn't his coaching, it was that the organization never replaced Big Ben. Give that man a QB and let him unleash his defense...........that could work here. Window is closing fast though.

I would take Tomlin in a heartbeat. I’m actually hoping with acquiring most of his drafts the last couple weeks it is setting up him coming here. He is not a coach in training, he has a strong personality, he has skins on the wall and did I mention he is not a coach in training?

I’d be all for this move. The idea of Schotty spending 8 more years here is overwhelmingly depressing. After last week any coach that can manage a game is better than what we have. A Super Bowl winner would be a god sent. But that’s just MHO.
man i think he can CP would be great together. problem is the offense. who’s your OC clayton is going to be a head coach probably next year if we keep putting up the same stats as last year. and the team is running through walls for Schotty. as much as id like to have tomlin i just doubt its going to happen.
