Terry also had problems showing any respect for Noll when he played for him and after by skipping his funeral.
Sad he's carrying this against "anything Steelers" grudge for so long. Let it go already Terry.

Missed the Turkey Jones reference. That would have been better, though Hollywood did say he was stupid.

Honestly, I don't think anyone feels Terry Bradshaw was wrong. But had you seen his segment on FS1 (I was following it on twitter); it was the equivalent of Michael Irvin roasting the Cowboys in a barbershop manner. It was not professional, at all.
I watched it a little while ago and was struck by his honesty in his statement. I believe his accomplishments for the Steelers should allow him as candid an opinion on what they do as anyone. I am not understanding the uproar with it to be honest...

The "cheerleader" comment was wrong. And yes...unprofessional.

But hey...Steeler versus Steeler. I like it!

Back when I was living in Dallas, Bradshaw had a home right next to a buddy of mine who was living in Irving. I don't know where Terry lives now, but he's burnt all bridges back in Pittsburgh.

Eh, I think it was less about candor and more about ratings and clicks.

I really like Mike Tomlin, other than his going for the 2 point conversion too much. Glad to see he grew up a Cowboys fan. I think Pittsburg has an excellent chance to go to the Super Bowl this year.

I like him too. I think he is a good face to a franchise who will always give you a chance.

From what I've heard of his career, I don't think Bradshaw had a very good relationship with the fans or Chuck Noll when he started out in Pittsburgh. And although he won championships there I don't think he ever forgave them for how he was treated early on. I dont think people realize that he was benched for a bit for Joe Gilliam during the first SB run in 74.

Some don't see any problem with TB's comment and some of us agree with Tomlin on it being unprofessional, seems like an ax to grind for some reason. The guy has two Super Bowl victories, are constantly in the hunt and manages his team pretty well in good and bad years. Remembering Hollywood Henderson and how he felt about TB I howled at Tomlins response, my sisters call that being nice nasty (Nicety)

My Dad always said that Terry Bradshaw was the weak link of those Steelers teams. He basically was riding the Coat tails of that Great Defense and the playmakers around him on offense. He said once Bradshaw dropped back to throw the football you never knew where it would end up.

Ive always like Tomlin as a coach and how he carries the team. But to be fair thats because theyve been really good for a long time. I think they seem to be in it every year.

On a side note I once walked into a bar in Pitt with a Cowboys jersey on and they didn't care for me giving it right back to them when they ran thier mouths. I nearly had to fight my way out of the bar, screw Pittsburgh. By the end of that trip I wanted to knock that cocky accent right out of thier mouths lol.

Why do you think they're always good?
Because management knows how to hire good coaches, get out of the way and allow them to grow.
