3 of the 4 teams in the AFCN now need a coach. The competition for getting coaches at all levels is rough this year.

The more these guys are being let go the less chances guys like Brian Flores or other head coaches that were just recently fired that people think might be coming here as a DC there's less of a chance now...

It's also one of the reasons as much as I like Brian Flores he's destined to get another head coaching job I do not want to hire him this year and then him leave next year i'm tired of changing DCs he moved to a lower part of my wish list from DC of the Dallas Cowboys..
