He was 13 of 18 @ 72.2%. He admittedly "doesn't kick well in practice", "strained" his grion, missed 2 chip shots in preseason(minnesota game), didn't like kicking off and he received 2.5 million in a SB. He freakin sucked, is a waste of a human sperm cell and I hope he's stranded in Canada somewhere in an outhouse that's on fire. He's another one that needs to be tied to a anthill and smeared with jam.

Die, Ray Finklejagt, die!!
What's the point of pointing out what happened after we signed him?

He was 23 of 25 the season before we signed him. That's 92%. Like I said, no one knew he was damaged goods before we signed him.

Another heinous person. Let's start a new poll of the ten most heinous people in the NFL.

He was head case and everyone knew it. Rarely resembled a team player, and blew a critical kick under pressure that season. But you're welcome to field your team with knuckleheads like that till the cows come home.

There was no doubt that he was a head case. But he was a head case that could kick a FG better than anyone that had ever played the game.

Not sure he was the best ever. But he was good. And if he could still kick he'd still be here. Being difficult didn't get him cut. It was not being dependable, not being able to kick the ball into the endzone and being difficult that got him cut. And still keeps him out of the game.

Ryan Longwell was the one I wanted. He could have handled kickoffs as well.

That's the guy I wanted too... He was also accustomed to kicking in harsh elements...

You'd rather we discuss his season's with the colts, go ahead. I guess as a Cowboys fan that's more important?

I never stated anything about him being damaged goods. I said, and I quote......."He freakin sucked." I also stated that he missed more than one kick. The rest of the slander just happens when his name is mentioned.

*sigh*

The conversation was about whether we knew he was damaged goods when we signed him. Talking about what happened after we signed him has nothing to do with what we knew when we signed him.

Is this really that hard to grasp? Or am I going crazy?

Sigh? You got a leak?

The thread title wasn't about before or after, was it? My post said nothing about before or after, did it? You quoted my post as if I did. I was just posting. YOU, theogt, included ME, Seven, remember? However........your post said it was ONE kick. Mine said it was not. Try and keep up, dear.

You were directly quoting and replying to my post about what we knew before.

Why reply to a post you're not even replying to? I think you were replying to it, made a mistake, and now you're backtracking. Have a nice day.

Sure was replying to your post. See the part YOU bolded in your post? See the part I bolded in my post? If you read on I said nothing about damaged goods. BUSTED theo, again. Try and slink out of this one. What am I thinking, you'll find a way.

The one bad kick was in reference to the one bad kick before we signed him (i.e., the playoff shank). I see now that you simply misread my post. I apologize for not realizing you had made a mistake.

I never make mistakes............: Well once I did, but it was someone else's fault. I definitely misread that post, and you suck.:p:

He made his money; Maybe he is pulling a Keith Van Horn; both of them "stole" while they were semi-viable and now that they have their green and are living on a private island they bought on e-bay drinking coronas.

Or at least that is what I would do if I had millions.

It isn't stealing. That's idiotic -- you are stealing if you aren't trying -- do you really think Vanderjagt didn't want to come to Dallas and be the best kicker in the league? A guy with an ego like his? Come on.

Well, first off, If you are brought in to be the best kicker in the league and fail miserably at it, I would say that you "stole" because you failed to do your job. Come on. I didn't mean it literally. If he earned his bread, then I wouldn't be saying that....He was being paid alot of money and he didn't suceed; And to me I consider what he did stealing, because wasn't be still being paid after we released him? I think ( I don't know that for sure) we took a cap hit and still had to pay him part of his signing bonus.

Secondly, I don't parade around this site calling people idiotic, so I would appreciate if you stopped doing that ; I am simply expressing my own opinions, and if it is that painful for you to read them, then talk to the admin about it.
