Well I sure am glad that we are sticking to our process. We’ve already put 8 years into it. Maybe in another 8 years Garrett will learn how to adjust when our backup left tackle is getting his *** handed to him.

Vrabel is a guy that worked incredibly hard as a player to be as good as he was so that is a favorable sign. But you never know; Mike Singletary is a cautionary warning in this area

This is coming off a year when the Texans were ranked 20th in defense by the NFL standards. The Aikman Efficiency ratings had the Texans as the 31st defense in the league.

AFC so I'm not too bothered if he's really good or really bad. Still an interesting hire. 3 years as a college position coach, the same in the NFL and then 1 year as the DC. At least I think that's his history.

Supposedly pretty long history with the GM, although not as a coach.

Glad he staying in the AFC. From the Belicheat coaching tree. Dude knows football and could easily win that division next year.

Too bad he doesn't have any direct coaching experience under Belichick. He is further down the tree with experience playing for Belichick and coaching under another Belichick disciple. The AFC South could have 3 Belichick disciples if McDaniels does go to Indy.
