It's only ONE game. What about all the rest???????

The rest where we were ranked top 10 in every defensive category except sacks? The others where we had a top 3 D?

Hopefully, Zimmer has been getting it figured out and this was a culmination of it.

Zimmer has had it figured out, it's been BP controlling the D

notice how in the PC after the game, BP said that 'we', needed to disguise it against Manning? that's what makes GROZ so stupid, you guys dont' get, or don't want to get it, that BP is running this D, Zimmer is, and always has been, a creative coordinator, and once BP lets him loose, results like today happen

Bill said in his post game pc that the coaching staff realized full well they had to "hide their looks"....Manning is very bright, but they managed to do a decent job of 'hiding' coverages.

Props to Zim and company

Maybe we should hide our coverages every week because this was one heck of a job by the D. I have not seen our D be this creative in years :D

Top 3 and top 10...yes I agree. Lack of pressure on the QB is what has cost us in games to a point.....look at the record. Sure, there is more to it than just the defense and I am VERY happy with the defense, but we have lost to teams that we have no business losing to....THAT can't be denied.

Let's not argue & bicker over the defense....they played great today.

What, you mean the other 9 games in which we had a top 4 defense? :lmao:
It honestly doesn't undo the recent and distant past. Sorry.

Oh, you mean the past in which Zimmer had 4 top 10 defenses in 5 years, including the #1 overall defense in 2003? :lmao:

This is too easy

Let's just see Zimmer do this all the time....it's NOT to much to ask.

You know what I am saying. Is it really too much to ask. I mean really come on Mr. Zimmer. Puh-lease:laugh1:

The past is the past and nothing is going to change in my mind. You have to convince me. I don't play I am serious here:laugh1:

Yeah that no pressure no turnover causing bend but don't break D we ran out there week in and week out. Our record speaks for itself. You are right, this is very easy. I have history on my side.

I guess this is teh GROZ schtick but its still pretty sad.

The only time that I have ever felt that Zimmer was outmatched was in his first season when his run defense scheme was horid.

The recent history has been top notch even before you consider all the short fields that Bledsoe gave for the first 7 games of the season. Once you do that it should be a no brainer.

The lack of acknowledgement from the GROZ comes from hubris and a complete lack of class.

You're wrong GROZ, deal with it.

Colts came in leading the league in red zone touchdowns.

We held them to 1 TD in three red zone possessions. Ballgame.

This is the best the defense played all year.

If they played like this consistently, then you wouldn't hear any complaining.

I see you must be new.

There are certain individuals, BDC and Wolverine who will not allow any sunshine deter them from their schtick.

Even a #1 defense means nothing to these guys. See 2003.
