I trust Williams, Beasley, Harris, and even Escobar more than Austin nowadays. He jus isn't any good anymore.

And the thing is, i don't think he really cares. Someone posted a video of him against the jets a couple years back where he basically ripped the ball away from Cromartie. Now he does not look like he tries at all.

the poster boy for cashing out and checking out

Dunno - he WAS open on that play where Romo threw the pick. Look at the replay again, if Romo leads Austin by a foot or two more, that is not a pick six, that is a touchdown. There was nothing in front of Austin but green grass.

And yet, as Austin is famous for, he did not fight for or defend the ball. A little effort on his part, and it would have been incomplete instead of INT.

Austin, Spencer and Rat were the ones I wanted gone last offseason. Wasted money that hurts Dallas' cap. That money could have went towards the defense on some inexpensive solid players.

Only if " Mr Hands of Stone" catches it :}:}

Such a shame, Austin quickly became one of my favorite players and hate to see him useless out there. His injuries may have sucked the life out of him.

Regardless of the reason, he's had a terrible season.

Sad....but he looks done and no longer interested. Looks like he running on tip toes instead of a stride also.

He looked sharper in the last game. If Romo hadn't underthrown him on that interception, maybe you could argue he finally had a decent game. If we had won, it would've felt like maybe Miles was coming back into form. But losing the way they did makes it hard to see things in a positive light.

Pan Hands Williams

I lol @ anyone saying Miles isnt putting effort into every play. He blocks better than any WR on the roster. He doesnt look as explosive as he did a couple of years ago but I assure you he worries defenses more that Williams.

His timing has been off with Romo since he came back and watching him not fight for balls just makes him look lazy. Hard to believe this is the guy that tore it up just a few years ago. It would be pretty typical if he got to another team and his hammies were never an issue again.

Harris is the best blocking WR on this team IMO

Maybe Miles can help this team because they really need him. He looked alright, but a little stiff.

It would be nice it he can play these last two games.

I told people I didn't care if he came back because he's trash and people wanted to live in the past. That's why I laugh at Jerry haters. Most of them want to hold on to guys as long as he does.
