Paying Barber after he had never produced a 1000 yard season and paying Miles after he had one of the best seasons in team history in only 12 games are two very different things.

They are also very different positions. A lot of people were saying Barber would never last at the pace he was going simply do to the way he ran, which IMO had more to do with it than anything.
