Miles Austin

6 returns for 166 and a very nice 27.7 yard average...and like the OP said 90-100 yards on 0 receptions =)

They need to put him in more three wide sets.....much better threat than Hurd btw....much better.

I was wondering why they stopped using that play until way late, he was virtually uncoverable

he must be working w/ Terry Glenn, because he doesn't lose much speed when he goes into his routes

Man, he was tearing them UP. He is a serious deep threat and should be used as such a lot more often than we have been.

gonna force teams to keep the safety in the middle vrs. committing to TO early in the flow of the play........

kid able to get deep........??

just flows, long smooth strider............

heck lets go 5 wide with Austin and Stanbach on opposite sides..........send em deep........

To and Crayton Witten working the middle and medium.........

We have somewhat of deep threat now just in case T. Glenn can't come back.

Barring injury, Tyson Thompson may not suit up for the Cowboys again.

that's a very fair assumption

nice to know you TT

only 4 more games for Julius Jones to go too

Great game. The silver lining in losing Glenn and Crayton (for one game) is that Austin/Hurd have had a chance to step up. I've liked this kid (Austin) since he caught a TD bomb from Romo in the 2006 pre-season @ N.O..
