Since KC09....
Austin's numbers in those 17 games: 6.6 receptions per game, 101.5 rec yards per game, 12 touchdowns (0.7 per game).

Yeah, hes staying our #1.

They could start Tysson Poots and Stephen McGee. So long as we're winning, I don't care. It's all about this :star: , not about the names on the back.

Agreed. But saw this in an article, had to post it. Im the first one to praise King Miles and not even I wouldve said 100 yards per game w romo. Insane.

I was responding more to your comment about Austin staying our #1.

And I do think that he benefits greatly from Romo. I like Miles Austin. I really do. I like Dez Bryant. It's not an either/or. You can like them both.

This is still one of my favorite all-time Austin catches:

That catch was INSANE. One of the best plays of the year. Very few qbs would trust a receiver to make that catch

Very lucky indeed. I witnessed the 07 comeback in Detroit where Witten redeemed himself big time, but that was nothing compared to the Miles Austin Coming Out Party.

I know, Troy to Irvin, Troy to Harper, Favre to Sharpe, Montana to Rice, Staubach to Pearson, Young to Rice, Payton to Wayne, Payton to Harrison, Marino to(Insert name here), Warner to Bruce, Warner to Holt, Warner to Boldin, Warner to Fitzgerald, Rivers to Jackson, Bree's to (insert name here) Romo to DEZ, Brady to (insert name here).

Here is the problem with R2A's comment he has his head so far up Miles butt he doesn't think before he makes such erroneous comments. I am sorry but QB's for Years have been trusting WR to make play's like that, but anything to discount the other WR on this team (who he dislikes and thinks is just average). Miles is a great WR and so is DEZ it's time you come to grips that barring injury Miles and DEZ will have similar #'s period.

Wow you must know me better than I know myself. Thanks for your wisdom. Although I said a few, you mentioned a few in relation to the tens of thousands of WR-QB connections in the past

Thanks for proving me right.
