He can be a 4th TE and 4th RB. I think Mafah can too. I'm leaning Mafah now because I think his ceiling might be higher.

We'll see.

I think Mafah and Leupke can be the same player, depending if the coaches want to have them compete for the same role.
Kind of hope not, because the may mean one of them goes. Also they should see what Mafah can so as a backup RB, and not a FB / TE type blocking player.

This will be an interesting group to watch, if not the most interesting during TC.

Could only keep 3 TE's. I know they kept 4 in the past.
Ferguson, Schoonmaker and Spain-Ford the top 3. Want is probably back to the PS. The only other 2 are UDFA's.
One would really need to impress to even make it over Fant.

So Mafah and Leupke have a good chance at making the 53. Blue will make it. So Williams or Sanders will get a spot, if they go with 4 RB's. I can't see Deuce making it, unless both Williams and Sanders fail. Or Mafah is a complete miss.

I have a feeling we will be surprised about it all though. And many may not like it. But that is what we do.

I'm not even worried about #42 lol would have loved to see him with more touches but it's a big man's game!

Interested to see how span Ford plays, the other tight end may have been in his place but he's always hurt

I have nothing against the guy but I also haven't seen much from Leupke that makes me think he brings that much to the table. To me, he's got to impress to keep a place on the team.

I was hoping this thread was going to show some current video of him in OTAs or something. I don't have high hopes for Sanders but would be fine if he returns to his old form. Preferred that if they were going to go this route that they could have paid the same for JK Dobbins but since he hasn't gotten signed yet, maybe he has some addl concern.

Seems to be a patient runner, but with the line he had in Philly, a little patience goes a long way. Believing our line will do great things and open wide lanes for whomever is running the ball!!!

Sound familiar? How did that work out for you last season? Anyone who's willing or able to go back and look at any of my preseason and end of the season posts will see I'm usually pretty darn accurate.

If we get 80% of this version, he's starting (until Blue gains 10lbs of muscle).

You can predict a team will not make the SB and be correct 30 of 32 times.
Then call yourself accurate..

I been saying I do not expect any miracles this season.
Therefore predict no SB for Dallas. When that happens I too can say I am correct and accurate.

But sure HOPE I am wrong. I will gladly take the heat for being wrong.
