Milton can not prefer the cold, but he shouldn't say it. You're giving away an edge. Ever hear Aaron Rodgers badmouth the cold in Green Bay? If that's in your psyche to start you think others won't make a big deal out of it to try to amplify it should he have to play in it at some point? How people achieve and perform is linked to what and how they think about what they're doing. If you go into a game thinking, "man it's going to be cold" that's one more thought away from the task at hand. And now others know you might be thinking that way too? This isn't spin, this is science. What are the positives to saying that out loud?

I really don't think players look at it that way. Or anyone for that matter. America's Team these days means constant ridicule on a national and even at times international level, and basically being a synonym for ineptitude and incompetence. That's the reality of what Jerry has done to this once great franchise.

The Dallas Cowboys franchise are nothing like the Cowboys I grew up a fan of. They use to be a proud well run organization.
People need to take a stand and stop encouraging your children and grandkids to be Cowboy fans.

That's also a way you can decode what someone meant so that's what I'm doing here. He mentioned warm weather and playing indoors. He likes comfort and shelter. You like your tough football players wanting comfort and shelter? You like the opposition knowing your potential QB likes comfort and shelter and has a potential thing to get in his head about? Again I ask, what was the benefit of saying these things? Play it close to the vest and say you like Dallas for their rich history and leave it at that.

Did you ask or interject how poorly he played against 3rd and 4th stringers? You also compared it to a preseason game, which it was not.
