Melton was coming off injury and wasn't going to make an immediate impact but he is coming on now. I can't speak to Selvie. Overall we are better than almost eveyone expected us to be. Especially at LB.

Just listening to these guys....Mincey, Beasley and Crawford, ya get the RKG feeling....they just seem to get it. A unified voice too....we just have to keep working hard and do what we do, not worry as much about what they do. If they play their responsibilities and keep their heads in the game, they feel like they can play with anyone. And it seems to be a lot less lip service.

.... and I love it. We're developing something here .... I can see it. Beas' demeanor is spot on. That's how you want your ballers to be. As Mincey said "they put their pants on" one leg at a time just like we do. We'll be there at 4pm.

They're doing fine by me. And they're talking the right way. I don't hear anything that he or anyone on the team is saying out of order. You do know it's their job to give interviews.
