So did the offense. The "drive" we had after GB made it 21-20 was putrid and set the tone that this was not going to be a good ending.

Not true. We didn't have a single 3 and out in the second half.

We can't win a super bowl with a defense we need to protect by scoring every single time we have the ball and masking all their deficiencies. They overchieved this year but they must improve.

I don't think its "they lack the killer instinct", I believe its more of a lack of talent, as far as an elite pass rusher. I saw a lot of desire, but good coaching and effort can only take so far.

They put up nothing. I'm not even going to get into the "Catch" because I don't have the energy for it.

Fact is, this offense is just as much to blame as the defense. Yes, first opening drive was pathetic. 3 and out. Drive right before the half was terrible. Murray fumbles the first drive of the 3rd. Both sides of the ball made errors that ended up costing us the game.

We were in it at the end despite mistakes on both sides. Offense put together a good last drive. Defense last three drives were wretched. All I'm saying
