Misdiagnosis nightmare

Not many times i Agree with Theogt, this is one of them. From what little you read, she did wait while black moved up her body, telling anyone that the flesh was dying. Somethings would have had to be amputated regardless and maybe more was to prevent it from spreading.

If the jury didnt award her anything based on information gathered and she waited to long, than I cant blame the doctor for saving her life. There is more to this than the one article i am sure, and if that many doctors screwed up, something is wrong.

From what I've read, the problem may have been that she sued the wrong person. Or at least, the jury felt that she sued the wrong person.
 
Similar thing happened to this woman in NY. Pretty cute, too.

Or that there were too many people making errors to pin the suit on one person.

That's typically not a legal problem. You can assign blame to multiple parties. Juries even apportion percentages of blame regularly.
