Andy Kent of the Philadelphia Daily News reports Donovan McNabb reiterated that he is confident he will stay with the Eagles. Later, holding court for another 10 minutes at the hotel, he was pressed on how he could be so sure.

"I have a psychic and she told me; she said, 'Good things are to happen in Philadelphia and it's going to be really good for you,' " McNabb said while doing his best Jamaican psychic impersonation. " 'Just relax. You'll get what you need.' "

McNabb, entering the final year of his contract, isn't just taking Miss Cleo's word for it. He also has Andy Reid's.

The Eagles coach said McNabb was still his guy after the playoff loss to the Dallas Cowboys a little more than 2 weeks ago, and McNabb said he is taking him at his word.

I'm going to stand by my prediction and say he won't be an eagle. Everyone is saying the right this, but the Mcnabb/Reid era has run it's course and the eagles will just wait until they get the best offer.

I want him to stay. He will be a year older, and we have a young defense with young LB's going into their 2nd year ready to prove something.....so they can harass McNabb into fumbles and mistakes.....

However, I kind of have this thought in mind also, he will be traded even though a slight chance.

McNabb is such a tool. How would like a clown like that running your offense? I hope and pray he is back next year in Philly. That team is going the wrong way IMO.

Well McFlabbolous, plan on those 'great things' happening for you as a Vike or Card when you come back to Philly to play your old team.

Either team I see improvement for if he were to go there in 2010. The Vikings team would be insane without the distraction of Mr Me Me and someone like McNabb stepping right in though. The team would openly welcome him i think. And personally I feel their only hope for this next year. The Favre distraction is digging in deep and with #4 again this team implodes.
