My wife correctly picked Connecticut as the winner.

The questions were for the most part not good for that kind of setting, they were not ones you could answer in 30 seconds, like the privacy question about the govt getting your phone records etc. Hell you could write an entire book on those topics and those poor girls needed to answer in 30 seconds.
