Slap on the wrist for the guys we should hold to the highest standard to officiate our games.

I've been watching/following the NFL for well over 40 years now and in all that time I can't believe the officials suck even more than they used to.

What does "low profile" mean? Does this mean the ref earns less money for a lesser market game?
