he's up against Chris Samuels...he needs to speed rush upfield, its about the only hope he has of getting around Samuels, but he can only do that on 3rd and long.

But the funny thing is...even though he's getting stopped on most plays...he looks better getting stopped than any of our DE's (besides Ellis) the past 10 years!!!!

lets be real please. he's not a great NFL pass rusher just yet. he's learning on the fly while being expected to be our pass rush saviour - and by the way going up against a good LT in Samuels. lets be patient.

He hasn't had many stats but he's been pretty disruptive. He's gonna get better if he's having games like this in 2 or 3 years then you can worry a bit but he's doing well for a rook. If you look at the times he's been in the back field forcing a run to go another way or a pass to be thrown quickly. He's been effective.
