It is going to be an interesting offseason. The best news for the Mets occurred today when the Wilpons finally gave up ownership and the team now has the richest owner in baseball and one of the richest owners in all of sports. It should be fun for Mets fans now with an owner that will at least get involved in some of the best players in the game.

The team is bringing Sandy Alderson back who will now have some money behind developing the team.

The dude could have shown up 40 lbs over weight and struck out ever time he went to the plate and still got 24 million. Now he gets zip. This makes the trade Brodie made even more stupid.
