MM is one heck of a HC. He knows what's going on personally w/Dak, not Jerry. And all the trash talk about him during the off season wanting him gone & calling him names. Touche'
And they will never admit it.

We really need the search feature. I hate that i have to scroll back 9k pages to find stuff that people have said. I should just be able to search it.

Add the search feature and the dunce hat feature for their profile pic and I will donate all the time. lol

And his next gig possibly be over in Tuscaloosa...working for the Crimson Tide = restoring his head coach image for a future hire with a Power Five, or Group of Five collegiate program.

And no assurances the Lions offense is going to put up points against the Cowboys defense that has limited the Bucs, Bengals, and Rams to 19, 17, and 10 points, respectively.

Eventually we’re going to give up a lot of points to someone. Not saying it’s going to happen against Detroit but it’s going happen this season. I saw one post where a fan is claiming he doesn’t think anyone is going to put up more than 20 points on us this entire season which is ridiculous. The Cowboys defense has a lot of fans right where they want them having them believe they can do no wrong. This is how fans get burned by the Cowboys. They’ll have a bad defensive game this season it and it will probably happen more than once. The defense wasn’t very good on opening day against Tampa. Detroit was the highest scoring team in the NFL then all of a sudden they put up a goose egg. The NFL is a week to week league. Any fan out there thinking the Cowboys are incapable of giving up 25+ points is kidding themselves.

Little too much drama, just shut him down until the Lions game

Don’t you think maybe a lot of us fans are being overly dramatic? If this was Josh Allen or Mahommes, we’d wouldn’t bat an eye with the day-to-day coverage over an injury. This isn’t me calling you out, Hawkeye. Just an observation with our own fanbase freaking out over who says what.

Hope Rush plays well enough that Jerry doesn't call MM during halftime and tell him to start Dak the second half. Sadly I see this possibility from Jerry.

You brought up the Lions because they are the next Cowboys opponent, that has put up points so far in 2022.

Detroit has scored 140 points in the league this season - and have given up 170 - a differential of -30.
The two teams that have scored more points that the Lions - the Bills and the Chiefs - have point differentials of +94 and +31 respectively.
Both BUF and KC are on 2-game win streaks, are 4-1, and lead their division.
DET has lost 3 straight, 1-4 (only one of 5 teams with just one win so far) and are last in their division.

In summary ... I have more belief in the Cowboys exerting their defensive dominance over the Lions' offense... plus Dallas' so-far pedestrian offense to perform better against a bad Detroit defense -- be it Rush or Prescott as the starter.

Someone is going to score 25+ on the Cowboys this season at some point. Do you honestly believe that’s not going to happen?

No.
But my responses to you were about your first post - that you implied Detroit will be the team to score a lot against Dallas...and possibly win that game.
I disagree with that prediction by you. Nothing beyond that.

You might want to go back and read my post again. I never said Detroit was going score a lot against us and the only prediction I made was that “someone” is going to score 25+ against us at some point and you disagree with that?

The last part of that post (1:23pm) you stated 'Detroit can score a lot of points'.
The inference was there you think the Cowboys' very next oppenent could do it.
I made note of your inference, and chose to respond directly about the Lions.
That is all.

I never said Detroit was going to score a lot of points on us. I said they “can” score some points, not that they “will” score a lot of points on us. You either misinterpreted what I said or are intentionally twisting my comment. I Simply pointed out that we have to be ready for Detroit because they can score some points. There’s a big difference between can and will. This is what I said.

If he’s a little sore he may not play against the Lions. It will all come down to how Cooper Rush plays against Philly. If he doesn’t play well and we lose there will be more urgency to get Dak back for the Lions game. We’ll be two games down to the Eagles if we lose on Sunday night and the Lions can score some points.

looser teams starting to lineup in the NFC.
Washington
Chicago
Giants are still paper tigers, I will continue to claim that.
Rams are a myth
Its early still, this list will grow.
