Come on Coach! The Elite “Leader” of your football team is dropping the pigskin all over the field like... well a greased PIG! And you seriously want to tell fans and media that you don’t have to say anything to him! That he knows!?

Yeah, we saw him hit his helmet! We heard him take the blame. But we hired YOU to be the fire in these guys @$$es!

So come on Big Mac! Here’s your call out! You’re not calling plays, you’re not hiring personal, and NOW you’re not COACHING!!!!????

Go and be a COACH!!!!!

I laughed my arse off when the sideline girl said MM didn't say anything to Elliott. Typical Cowboy culture. A high school coach would've said something. MM just didn't want to make Jerry mad by insulting his 90 million dollar man. :muttley:He was askeered.

Judging by Elliott's reaction after both of those fumbles, he doesn't need a talking to like you want. He knows he screwed up and contributed to his team's woes but what he needs is for his RBC to sit with him and watch that film of those two and the other fumbles and talk about how he's carrying the ball.

He has "Tiki Barber Syndrome" because he is carrying the ball low and outside instead of high and tight. The DC's have that on film and every defender is coming after that ball. They fixed that with Tiki and he went on to have a great year and it was a simple fix. Players develop or fall into habits, they can fix that.

Shannon Sharpe said something that was extremely on the nail this morning

Ezekiel Elliott is trying to do too much”

Something is not right with him psychologically. Most on the team suffer this same issue. The mental errors of this entire team year after year is not a coincidence. It is a mere issue cause by Jerry. Only a psychologist can fix this. Zeke hasn’t been since the beginning of the season. He flashed in the Rams game. Been downhill since. Again, this team needs a sport psychologist in the locker room.

He knows Zeke is mentally soft and can't handle the criticism. Zeke has never been a leader since he came here...a lot of that is due to Dak's presence and ability to shoulder the leadership burden to be the vocal guy on and off the field. We will see how mature Zeke really is this season without Dak. It's probably not going to look good
