I know this is a silly question but humor me. Since Al Harris is the Assistant Head Coach, does that make him the first candidate for the head coach position? I don't know if he's the right guy, but we need to try something different. These old retreads don't work out for us. Parcells, Phillips, McCarthy. It just doesn't work for us. At least Harris is younger and the players seem to like him. Does anyone have insight on his leadership skills? He probably leaves if McCarthy leaves unless we offer him something higher that Assistant Head Coach.

Oh there are more issues like Stephen and Jerry as well but MM is holding the team back as well. So I am definitely still encouraged seeing him hit the door as well.

McCarthy already proved himself before he came here. He's not the problem. He's just not the soution either but I don't know what coach is.
