How is conflict good? If anything this is a sign of locker room issues and an impending implosion.

Also, there’s always some sort of “conflict” in the locker room, which I find funny because it never amounts to anything. Most of the time when you hear “conflict” a team is angry and comes out to play. I can count on one hand how many times the Cowboys have done that. Just a joke of a team all around.

Edit: MM and Schultz are some of the last people on the locker room that need to be calling people out. Only person that can call out others last night is the RB core and Diggs. Everyone else needs to shut up and get themselves and their clown mentality together.
No. Leaders chap (___*___)'s and also beat themselves up. So long as they push each other to be better it's fine. Nothing to see here but what you should expect from your best players.

Micah didn't show up at all. Schultz contributed to the first interception in the end zone. Both of their mistakes contributed to the loss. Neither should have been mouthing off to the team in the locker room after the game.

I didn't see him show up. Dlaw did though. Parsons played worse than LVE

7 tackles. one for a loss ... all while not playing much as rusher because the run D stank.... You sure know what to look for

Parsons to this point is a lousy LBer, had 5 fricking tackles against a team who was in run mode most of the game. All talk needs to stop about the next LT, not even close at this point. Maybe it's time to hire real coaches who can help this you ng man grow.
He has LVE playing beside him doing what?

This isn't conflict as in people fighting in the locker room, and it's clearly a good thing that players don't accept losing and not playing well, And it's good for them to show it. There is no success in football without emotion or if players accept poor play and losing in stride.

That said, I don't expect these guys expressing themselves will magically solve all problems in an instant and they will all go out and win every game for the Gipper, but being frustrated with poor play and making losing unacceptable is the kind of culture winning teams have.
I agree, I don't think this will magically solve all problems but as a fan it's nice to know they care and upset with losing. Good. I feel that's positive.

If they come out and win on Sunday, then getting pissed will be validated. Show the world by your effort on the field— not your mouths in the locker room and media sessions.

If they demand changes and accountability and then lose, then this season will be on the brink of collapse.

This team could easily lose the next 2 games and find itself in the basement of the NFCE at 6-5.

Huge game on Sunday. Beat Minny and the NYG, and this loss to GB can start to be put in the rearview mirror. Lose these two games— and the ship goes from taking on some water to full on shipwreck mode

The problem with calling out others (especially when you're hardly set the game alight) is that it breeds resentment and rather than battle as a team it becomes about individuals. Better to comment as a unit as a collective. You then stand by your performance whilst highlighting others.

Holding each other accountable is what they always talk about every year. Once again we don’t stick with the run and can’t stop the run. How many little pitch plays or rpo type runs did they get away with. As if rogers was going to keep it and run it himself.

That comes from a coaching staff with little or no backbone/management skills. They get paid to put things right, then again they're probably afraid that the players push back and blame some of the coaching calls.

There should be

despite what society says now ...accountability is a good thing

when i played football you best believe if you gave up 200 yards in the run game back to back weeks you'd have someone in your face telling you to shape up or get cut

LOL, that was our high school coach, same tree as Vince L. Remember many of players getting there face masks grabbed by him. Many of players rolling to the sidelines trying to avoid him and he meeting them were they tried to sneak off the field too including myself.
