I'd fire him and promote Quinn.

Bottom line. This offense normally does well against the division and inferior teams. But when against a quality opponent outside of the division, they look like they are lost. That has to be due to preparation and coaching, at least to an extent.

The defense has held it's own for the most part this year, and been down right dominant against the division.

Dallas has a minimal chance of winning ANY playoff game...as participants in the "tournament" are typically required to face opponents with winning records. Which, to date, has been a bridge too far for this franchise. We have a QB who, by all accounts, is an amazing human being...but, sadly, suffers from stage fright. A huge disability for an NFL quarterback.

1 series they didn’t look that good.

Other than that they were defending in poor field position, a lost possession, a fumble in their territory. On and on. Still almost got is the ball back if not for the refs not calling the delay of game and fumble.

Offense and special teams lost this game and the Cards played pretty much mistake free football on the road and squeezed out the plays they needed to.

Dak was way worse than his stat sheet shows. Zeke is only out there to block right now. He can’t run or catch. Something very wrong with him unfortunately and it’s obviously injury related. Dak is so off target with his WRs it’s an INT waiting to happen constantly.

Lmao! There will be churning in the off-season and he gets another draft. His first draft netted us 4 starters and his 2nd draft has at least 2 this year. We will probably get more out of it next year since Joseph is coming along and so was Jabril Cox.

We need some speed at wideout and another center and/or guard on the oline. If we don’t sign Shultz we may take a serious look at TE also.

If we go one and done, MM will be the scapegoat. To fire KM means that Jerry would have to admit that paying Dak was a mistake and isn't good enough on his own. I don't see that happen. I think if we lose at home in the first round, the talk will be that MM isn't the guy.

You do know that when mm was calling plays in gb, there were years where they had some very good running. So I know, he is willing to run. The issue is Moore don’t like to run unless it results in big plays. He is still caught up in that Boise State quick strike offense.

Also, Quinn wouldn’t be any different then what mm is doing now. Quinn blowing leads and not calling the defense is what got him fired. MM is fine, he just needs to work on clock management and hopefully do the play calling if he plans on staying here.

1) He's back in 2022. They'll convince themselves that even if they lose in the first round, that things were uptrending for us and he had to deal with Dak's leg injury, etc.

2) Barring a NFCC appearance, I'd probably fire him. You have a pretty big sample here when you look at how his tenure went in GB. And that's repeating itself here. He underachieves time and time again and this team losing in the first round would be another underachievement.

We've had the same GM and Personnel Directors the last 26 years. They've been through 6 or 7 coaches. Does it really matter?

MM is here next year no matter what happens. Now, if we are going to lose a coordinator I would prefer it be Moore. I think McCarthy would like to change up the playbook but he can't get rid of KM. The only out is if he takes a HC job.
