The only relevant seasons are the last 2 where they had to quit using their holding technique.
Then MM, the offense and Aaron Rodgers fell apart

Philbin was the OC from 2007-2011 which accounts for 5 of the 9 top 10 offense finishes.

Which of those seasons did he not have Aaron Rodgers? And what were The Packers’ offensive ranks in the 2 13 win seasons after he left?

Title only, MM was calling the plays
Are we sure about that? If that was the case then why then would MM allow Moore to call plays when Mike came on board instead of having a bigger influence on the playcalling?

didnt Rodgers say he consistently overrode MM's calls? Hoping for best but if MMs so good why didnt he take play calling from KM or at least train him.

You lost me.....are you saying MM can't get it done w/o Philbin?
I'm more questioning if MM called the plays or McCarthy.

In MM's first season in GN the offense ranked 22nd; Philbin came aboard the next season and for Philbin's tenure the offense ranked 4,5,3,10,1.

Just wondering if it was MM or Philibin that aided the offense more.

Since he's taking over the offense and bringing his system, I thought would be interesting to see the rankings during his tenure with the Packers. This only gives points and yards but not bad.

We don't have Rodgers, hope MM develops his scheme that best uses Dak's strengths. If it means more running, so be it. I think many are giving too much weight to the back to back playoff losses. 49ers are the best defense in the entire league. Dak did perform well against the Eagles defense, which was also a very good unit that lead the league in sacks, with the best secondary.

Keep in mind, CV19 kinda threw his first year (2020) off so 2021 was the first full year working with KM. So 2022 he had seen enough.....

I find it interesting the number of people who discredit MM for having Rogers but would also give up a testical

remember reading MM was refusing to help KM when he was floundering. I've never seen a HC do that to one of his leaders esp one who is asking for help. When someone will risk a whole teams success for his own gain hes not really a leader.
Because I managed people that always stuck with me as a major problem. That and the final year at GB with his hatred of Rodgers

Dak's strength is running? Cool. We know it is not passing.
Eagles? CMon man. Dak was a miracle fumble recovery away from losing to the stache.

When MM was hired, he said he will learn the terminology and not change it to his way. He will keep in place what the team already knows and is comfortable with.

So that may have had something to do with why. His 1st year he did not really have anything to evaluate Moore on, with Dak's injury. Then 2nd year he probably figured out there is an issue.
This year, he knew there was an issue.

Just speculation on my part.
