Lots of his throws are way too high.

The one major thing i've noticed.

At some point the stats don't lie. He is a career 57% completion passer and has a 81 QB rating.

Yes, some of this is he joined a bad team and yes started from day 1, however, those <passing stats> aren't very good.

Where he has made it up is running ability and overall leadership/toughness.
