I wish I had been watching this game live.

I just looked at the Twitter explosion on Beckham's staged theatrics.

It was so juicy. Complete with people who actually bought that it was not showbiz antics that belong in the old XFL.
i just saw the replay. lovely to see the refs in the giants pockets still. he throws the ball directly at the player who hit him and the ref who is watching him doesn't even reach for the flag.

He did that?

Wow.

He is a bigger sissy and whiner than I ever thought.

I'm not sure why some are scared of the Giants. They have no run game and their OL is struggling.

With Hankins gone Browns having some success running up the middle.

Jabrill Peppers just gave Brandon Marshall alligator arms.

Dallas is going to blow the Giants out the water......and no its not just from this game
Define blowout

We were a Dez Bryant fingertip from beating them 6 times in a row before Romo got hurt.

Relax.
Yes 5 in a row and a fingertip from 6 in a row with Romo...and usually with game winning, end of game drives.

But we have now lost 3 straight without him....including both last year.

Sure, we can beat them. I have NO doubt.
But it'll be a dogfight, most likely.

No, but they appear to have the same issues on offense that they have had for several seasons now.

There is no indication that anything has changed in that regard, either.
Their issues on their OL is not much different than Dallas on the DL. Everyone knows it is an issue but they never seriously address that pain point.

Giants offense is trash but that defense scares me. I hope Dak has improved against top NFL defenses. Giants blitzed a lot that second game last year. Gotta beat the blitz, and Dez has to play better against top, physical CBs.

Not really a fair comparison. Dallas has spent picks it last two years on the DLine. The DLine is more talented each of the last 2 years. The Giants have done little to address their weakness.

Dallas' DL last year was middle of the pack- pretty good actually against the run. The Giants OL was bottom 1/3 in the league. So lets call a spade a spade.

yea they have also seen the SB more recently than us too. but lets forget that fact. or the fact they went as far as we did and swept us. Lets completely forget that. Lets also forget they did it with a rookie coach.

Im not saying the GIants are SB bound, but recently they have done it better than we have. Recently they have done the opposite than us and has had success. Do i need to hear "Eli is done" year after year" no, Eli wins. Say what you want about the guy, or what part of the team, but at the end of the day he can say hes been to the SB when Dallas had to buy tickets. Does it suck yes, but lets not write off what the Giants are able to do while we do this this this and this and still have very little success, or talk how the game came down to one catch or they needed the refs to win them the game.

We have had a HC prove to us time and time and time again he just doesnt get it, each big game in the playoffs our team comes out flat. But lets write that off for the rah rah crowd.
Do we have a better TE, sure, has that helped? no
Do we havea better RB, sure, has that helped, not last year.
Do they have a better number 1 WR, ? Yes, has it helped, no.
Did they go as far as us and swept us? yes. Why? We can say this and that but at the end of the game, they won, we didnt.

Our coach has had plenty of time to learn on the job, i dont think its hard to say "lets see some results"

You sound ridiculous but it is par the course with you, and your negativity about your supposed "favorite team". What in the hell does a superbowl 10 years and 6 years ago have to do with right now? The Giants have been absolute sanitation garbage since their last SB run 6 years and counting without a single playoff win. They got blown out by the Packers in the wildcard round and we lost on a last second FG to that same team in the divisional round. Can you please make a sensible argument about how wildcard is as far as divisional round?

Recently they have done nothing but have a worse record than us in 2012 2013 2014 and 2016 with 0 playoff wins and 1 playoff appearance. But of course the grass is always greener, so go cheer for Eli as his rings get rustier every year.

I couldn't have said it any better. I don't get all the love for the Giants. On top of that their top 2 receivers are hurt and their OL was getting beat by rookies(including Pittsburgh game).

Who did the Giants lose on their DL? Their DL is the only reason they beat us last year.

Hankins who was one of the best run stopping DT last year. They replaced him with Jernigan who was disappointing in Baltimore.
