MNF : Jets at Falcons

I live in ATL & the bandwagon is on 3 wheels here.

What's the deal with Sanchez? I'm a girl & he stole my headband! Yikes.

Falcons are done. The NFC playoff picture is looking a little clear already. You gotta think the Saints, Seahawks, 49ers, the NFC East winner, and 2 teams from the NFC North will make it

I love the Atlanta media after a loss. Before all games, they give no respect to the opponents, they talk like it will always be a blowout, and they overrate Matt Ryan and some of their new starters that are replacing old vets.

When someone calls in and try to make some sense, they get hated on. One guy said that if a player gets hurt in their skilled position, they can easily be a 7-9 8-8 team. They destroyed that guy. I guess he was right.

I'm not so sure on the NFC North getting two in the post season. Arizona has been quietly winning some games with a good physical defence.

Agree with this but don't know about the NFC North just yet. I don't trust either the Lions or Bears.

and just like that the Saints have a 4.5 game lead in NFC South

people seem to think ryan is mr. clutch when thats not even close to true. ive already heard tirico say a few times this drive that ryan is so good and calm in these situations. thats totally false.

Ryan's career passer rating in late-and-close game situations was 73.1 (with 5 TDs and 6 INTs) before tonight.

Romo's is 110.0 (15 TDs, 5 INTs), even after yesterday's game.

But but he's not Tony Ice doing a million TV commercials

It's crazy how bad the NFC is compared to the AFC. The NFC East is awful and could probably be won at 8-8. The Seahawks are good, San Fran is overrated but probably good enough to steal a wild card, the Cards could maybe steal a wild card by default, and the Rams are awful in the NFC West. The Bucs, Panthers and Falcons are all but done in the NFC South, so the Saints will easily win that. Then the Vikings are awful, and the Lions, Bears and Packers are all less than impressive but probably still good enough to make the playoffs.

Then you look at the AFC. The entire AFC East is overachieving. The entire AFC West is even overachieving. The Colts look great, Titans are surprising, Texans have the talent to bounce back, and Jags are a joke in the AFC South. Then the Bengals are Ravens will probably battle for the AFC North, while the Browns are overachieving, and the Steelers are all but done.
