How many of you are going to have Buffalo wings?

I admit it, I am.

I find the Buffalo wings here in this area (at least close to where I live) do not taste that great. (Where is a Wing Stop when you need one, cause Buffalo Wild Wings are not that good)

Anyone know of a place that has great buffalo wings around the Westchester/Greenwich area?

Absolutely.

Calling my buddy from Buffalo to talk crap too. I had the pleasure of watching both SBs with him.

culinary guy here....make your own...you can get a huge bag of tyson chicken wings...soak them over night in a little salted/peppered water...get you some good wing sauce and there you go!!!
the bag is soo big, you will have enough for next time and you don't even know how much money you save.............Good luck GO BIG D!!!!!!

I did that for the Dallas - Buffalo Super Bowl blowout. Irony not lost on me.

I have the same problem in Los Angeles, I can't find decent wings for the life of me. I did not have that problem living in Tucson/Phoenix Hos.

So in the spirit of adaptation, I've learned to make my own. It's extremely easy. And as mentioned, it's much more cost effective.

(Wingstop prices are ridiculous, it's chicken wings ******, not caviar)

I'm happy to share my methods if anyone is interested.

I had some yesterday and they were SMOKIN'..........

Hope we come out SMOKIN' Monday night!! :starspin:

I don't know of anything north of the city, but there is an awesome Irish pub in the Murray Hill/Gramercy Park area that had excellent buffalo wings! It's called McCormack's (3rd Ave between 26th and 27th). My wife and I used to go there all the time. Very nice atmosphere to it.

We love being back in Texas, but we miss that place. :(

Make them yourself. Buffalo sauce is the easiest thing in the world to make.
Ingredients:
Margarine
Texas Pete's or any red hot sauce.
I throw a touch of Garlic powder in the mix.
A touch of vinegar.

If you like them really hot some crushed red peeper adds some heat.:D

Done in five minutes.
