They didn't beat the snot out of them. They nuked them.

And ESPN knows very little of what exists outside of the Northeastern US, like most national media.

They sat Brady down after he threw his 2nd pick in the 4th quarter. He didn't look like he had the yips, but he played like it. Garoppolo played out the game and looked pretty good, although it was garbage time.

I really overrated the Patriots this year. They have looked terrible.

B&B did great job that past 10+ years. But I always tell my friends they got away with an unbelievably poor division. And that helped them make playoffs every year since 2001 because they pocketed at least 4 wins from the AFC east. Look at their division record from 02-13.

That's a free ticket to postseason. And once there and face REAL teams they fall in most cases in the last few years. Now other AFC East teams are "maybe" catching up.
I give them credit for job well done but I think they were lucky being in the horrible AFC East.
