Do You think Pittsburgh FO would have kept Tomlin around if Tomlin had same results as JG?

I don't think any franchise other than the Cowboys would keep JG...or JJ for that matter.

Yet, the Salsa was not even questioned.

I think the key is you have to consistently do the same TD dance enough to where it becomes your thing.

Works for Cruz with the salsa, Gronk with the spike, Newton last year with the dab.

Hard to say, they havent had a career .500 or worse coach since 1968.

Noll had 7 years at or below .500 in 23 years (193-148-1) - the first 3 years; Year 13; Year 17 and Last year
Cowher had 4 years at or below .500 in 15 years (149-90-1) - Year 7,8, 12 and 8-8 in last year.
Tomlin has had two 8-8 (92-52) seasons in 9 years. No losing records

I don't know what this motion thing you keep talking about is but it sounds pretty awesome.
