MNF Thread

Oh really? What team that wants to win trades away 3 of their best players? Fitzpatrick? Kenyan Drake? Kenny Stills? They may not intentionally try to lose, but they definitely don’t intend to win either.

The coaches and players didn't make those trades. The front office did.

I'm tired of arguing this STUPIDITY. Players and coaches don't go out there saying "okay boys, let's not screw up our draft pick."

What the heck is Fitzpatrick doing, getting that first down? It's as if he doesn't care about their draft position.

Oh wait, he's just pretending to make it look good. :muttley:

Fitzpatrick is the smartest player in the NFL. He made it look like he was trying to get the first down, but made sure to come up just short.

That's almost as good as him leading them to a late TD vs Washington, but then intentionally missing the two point conversion. Brilliant.

These announcers aren't much, but they're right about one thing: these delays suck the life out of games.

So they moved the chains, then moved them back to measure. Not exactly an exact science. Well done, NFL. :muttley:

If Tua is going to be the top pick in the draft, I am sure he would rather go to Miami rather than Cincinnati. Weather is much better in Miami. Miami is head and shoulders a better place to live than Cinci. Tua wants Miami to tank. And Cinci has the cheapest owner in the NFL.

If Tua is the top draft pick someone is going to be disappointed.

I'm not privy to what the dolphins are doing or not doing, so I can't say they are or not. Nobody thought we lost those games in 89 intentional?

Anyone who thinks 45 players, working for their next paycheck, are out there trying to lose for a draft pick.

Mike Tomlin has never had a losing season!

He inherited a future hall of fame QB who already had a SB ring. That's a nice head start.
