Spence is a stand-up OLB....we don't need another small DE with DLaw and Gregory. We need to pair those two on the Right side and find a stud for the Left side who can bulk up against the run.

Lots of these small, freakish pass rushing athletes around these days, but they are the targets of 3-4 teams, not true 4-3 players, especially not when we are collecting them annually.

I was using Draftek. Adding Hayes and Jones gives us two SDE. Plus Lawrence sees snapson the strongside as well. This gives us 5 good DEs. If Spence does go late one or two I can see Rd 2- DE Spence and Rd 4-SS Karl Joseph.

Yeah he's going late 1st or 2nd

He could very easily go early to mid first if a team thinks he interviews well. He is hands down the best pass rusher in the class and flashes elite skills.

He played in a stand-up role in the Senior Bowl and it was actually quite out of character for him. He looks much more comfortable with his hand on the ground. He may be undersized at the moment, but he has a huge frame and could add a lot of weight. He has a much larger frame than Gregory or even Lawrence, relative to his height/weight.
