I had these long elaborate descriptions for each selection I made in my new mock, but I somehow lost them. Probably better for everyone. Here is my shortened version.
FA:
William Hayes, DE, Rams
Donald Thomas, OG, Patriots
Brandon Lindsey, OLB, FA

Draft:
TRADE 1(18) to Vikings for 1(23) and 3(83). They take Cordarrelle Patterson

1(23) Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma

TRADE 2(47) to Houston for 2(57) and 4(121). They take Justin Hunter

2(57) D.J. Swearinger, S, South Carolina

3(80) Brandon Williams, DT, Missouri Southern

3(83) Jonathan Cyprien, S, Florida International

4(111) Da'rick Rogers, WR, Tenn Tech - not a Garrett guy? Not a Garrett team.

TRADE Miles Austin to Patriots for Armond Armstice, DT, and 7(219)

4(121) Alvin Bailey, OG, Arkansas

5(144) Joseph Randle, RB, Oklahoma State

6(175) Bruce Taylor, ILB, Virginia Tech

7(219) Terron Armstead, OT/OG, Arkansas- Pine Bluff

Highly unlikely it goes down that way, but you put effort in it, and I'd take it. Nice mock!

I give you credit for finding some Free Agents that are not Jairus Byrd, Levitre, Melton, etc..

I don't think he will be available at #18 and definitely not #23. I wouldn't be shocked if he got drafted before Fisher.

If Lane Johnson and Warmack or Cooper were available at the Cowboys pick, I would be in a quandary. What is need and what is BPA. Warmack is a better OG than Johnson is an OT, but OT is a higher value position. In addition, OG is a bigger need for the Cowboys IMO. I believe that Parnell is a much better player than any of the interior OL currently on the roster. It's probably not a problem because it is highly doubtful that Johnson and 1 of the 2 Guards would drop to #18.

TRADE 2(47) to Houston for 2(57) and 4(121). They take Justin Hunter

2(57) D.J. Swearinger, S, South Carolina
Excellent pick. I think when the Draft Analysts get more feedback from real scouts at the combine, that Swearinger will move up the rankings.

3(80) Brandon Williams, DT, Missouri Southern
He will have to lose about 20 lbs to play in a Kiffin defense, IMO. I'm interested to see were he weighs in at the combine/pro-day.

3(83) Jonathan Cyprien, S, Florida International
Humm, double up on safeties...

4(111) Da'rick Rogers, WR, Tenn Tech - not a Garrett guy? Not a Garrett team.
I personally would be OK with a character issue player in the 4th round, but not earlier. I was waiting for a mock drafter to discard the RKG issue now that the media has reported that Jerry has taken all power away from Garrett. I give you creative kudos for being the 1st one. You might want to charge Honey Badger fans a royalty to use this reasoning.

TRADE Miles Austin to Patriots for Armond Armstice, DT, and 7(219)
They could have signed Armstice as a street Free Agent a few weeks ago. I guess you're primary goal is getting rid of Austin.

4(121) Alvin Bailey, OG, Arkansas
OK. I think someone like Brian Winters might be a better scheme (ZBS) fit.

5(144) Joseph Randle, RB, Oklahoma State
OK.

6(175) Bruce Taylor, ILB, Virginia Tech
OK.

7(219) Terron Armstead, OT/OG, Arkansas- Pine Bluff
I think he gets picked earlier. He had good showings at both the Shrine game and Senior Bowl. My guess is 4th/5th round.

Overall, I would be disappointed if they don't draft an Interior OL in the top 3 rounds. At least give me Khalad Holmes in the 3rd.

You got Williams, Bailey, and Armstead all in the same mock.....I will take it and run.....the only way to make it a walk off grand slam for me, would be to get either Quinton Patton or Marquise Goodwin.

I love the Johnson pick and the double up on safeties. All in all, an interesting take on the off-season. I don't have much against it.
