Don't like the 1st. Don't like Kirkpatrick in a man cover scheme and Martin would be a huge reach in the 3rd. And the 2nd option would be pretty great, bit unfortunately I don't see it as being being very realistic. I don't see any of the guys you have in the 1st 3 rounds being available when we pick.

Fair enough on Kirkpatrick, everyone has their cup of tea. As for Martin, most mock draft and experts have him going no later than the 3rd RD. My 2nd mock was a stretch with the 1st three picks, but I wouldn't mind the following alternatives

1st - Cox
2nd - Curry
3rd - Ben Jones

As for your mock draft, only way I am getting Barron in the 1st is if we trade down a couple of spots and grab more picks in this year draft. Also, we definitely need to address OLB and/or DE before the 4th RD. Outside of Ware, our pass rush is pedestrian at best. No way we can go another season with this core and expect to contenders.

Good post. You picked some good players, especially the UDFAs, but I don't really like either mock on the whole.

1st Kirkpatrick - Bama CB
A lot of draft analysts now say he might have to play FS. My issue with Kirkpatrick is that in addition to being stiff, he is not really that big at 186 lbs. Gilmore has similiar height but is a much better athlete.
2nd Ronnell Lewis - OU OLB
He is a violent high motor player, but not much of a pass-rusher. I think he might be better as an ILB where he can unleash on RBs.
3rd Mike Martin - Mich DT
I like this player, but at 6-1 he is more of a 4-3 DT, IMO.
4th Michael Egnew - Mizzou TE
Ok, need a TE somewhere.
4th Phillip Blake - Baylor C
Excellent pick. Hopefully, he is available here.
5th Emmanuel Acho - UT OLB
I give this one a maybe. He is on the short side for a 3-4 OLB at 6'1-1/2".
6th DeQuan Menzie - Bama CB/S
He would have to play Safety. Check out his Short Shuttle time. The team already has limited athletes on the roster at Safety. They need to get one with high upside, IMO.
7th Lavon Brazill - Ohio WR
I like this player. He would probably be rated higher if not for his medical.

1st Melvin Ingram - SC OLB
He is projected to go higher. I like this player, but the risk is too high for me at #14. He is short with short arms. I think there is equal chance that Mercilus, Branch and McClellin end up as better NFL players.
2nd Peter Konz - Wisc C
It is possible that he falls to this pick. I don't see him as a 1st rounder.
3rd Jared Crick - Neb DE
The 3rd is about right for Crick; although, I think there will be some better players available at this pick.
4th Chase Minnifield - VA CB
Reasonable pick here.
4th Jonathan Massaquoi - Troy OLB
Reasonable pick here.
5th Chase Ford - Miami TE
Reasonable pick here.
6th Nicolas Jean-Baptiste - Baylor NT
I think the Boys want more pass-rushers, not run-pluggers.
7th Robert Blanton - ND CB/S
I like the pick, but only as a Safety.

FA:
Jeremy Ebert - NU WR
Very good UDFA. Speed.
Cliff Harris - Oregon CB
Very good UDFA. He is a knucklehead, but was a terrific playmaker in college.
Fozzie Whittaker - UT RB
Another good UDFA. He had 9 touchdowns and 1 100 yard kick returns before tearing up his knee.
Eddie Whitley - VT S
Another good UDFA.
Drake Dunsmore - NU TE
Good athlete.
Sean Cattouse - Cal S
Probably too slow to play Safety in the NFL, but he does have a funny name.
