Free Agency

Offense (In-House)

-Pollard gets the franchise tag
-Zeke takes a major pay cut (hate it, but the Jones Family appears to want him back)
-McGovern, Shultz, Noah Brown all sign elsewhere
-Dak/Tyron both get their deals extended to create more cap space. Team will still be able to move on from both players, down the line.

-OBJ WR, Pocic G/C (former draft pick from Seattle), Irv Smith TE

Defense (In-House)

-Lve/Donovan Wilson, Hankins, Fowler, all receive extensions
-Anthony Brown/Barr are not resigned, Lewis gets released

-Patrick Peterson CB, A'Shawn Robinson DT

Mock Draft (Top 4 picks-PFF/Pro Football Network)

1-Joey Porter Jr CB Penn State/Michael Mayer TE Notre Dame
2-Zach Charbonnet RB UCLA/Jalen Hyatt Tenn
3-Hendon Hooker QB Tenn/Zach Charbonnet RB UCLA
4-Xavier Hutchinson WR Iowa State/DJ CB Turner Michigan

Have to say these mock simulators aren't too realistic at times.

Good draft and yes the simulators suck. I don’t think either of your 4 players will be there at our spots. I think Porter Jr will be the Eagles pick at 10.

It’s really too early for these simulations as many disagree widely regarding some prospects. This post was more about what projected fa would look like

i am sure you can do better, this will not leave me a happy camper.

he was over payed you know that and most of the league knows that he is getting top qb money and if you look at the 49ers qb he out performed him which for a so called franchise qb in his 7 year is pretty sad indeed. but when you get in with the jones need i say more

Pulling the trigger on Hooker ( or any QB) in round 3 would be a huge message to Dak

No, they will cut Zeke. Too many good backs in the draft.

Like I have said in another post, I rather resign Ty Hilton than sign OBJ. Hilton is a better locker room and role model for Lamb and the other Wrs.

Hilton didn’t move the needle too much, think OBJ is way more talented and brings that alpha to the group.

it would be silly to let Lewis go. He should be good to go next season.

Achilles injuries usually take a full season to recover. If they are able to draft their #2 CB and have Bland start inside, they aren't going to keep Lewis as a backup making 5 million a season.

I think Bland will be the #2 Corner and Lewis will be your slot guy again. They will still draft one but I don’t think they will early.

As long we get rid of Zeke I like it.

Give me Porter, Hyatt, Charbonnett and Turner.

Just not sure it’s realistic.

These simulators aren't realistic right now, think we have to wait until after the combine for them to adjust their ratings. This exercise was more about projecting our fa class then anything else.

As for the draft, my top three priorities are at CB, OL, TE or RB.

Hope we are able to address NT, #2 WR in fa along with bringing back Lve, Wilson.

Good fun but true....the mock simulators are a joke

I’d be happy with a combo of CB / OL / RB in rounds 1-3 (ideally RB in 3rd).

I still wouldn’t be opposed to doubling down on WR though in FA and draft. Also love the depth of this edge class and if someone falls Im taking him.

I’m still interested in taking another receiver, but believe their biggest need with be addressed prior to the draft-#2 wr
