yeah but dbair, the cowboys did look at mccluster
Alot of teams "looked" at him, and we "looked" at alot of players, doesnt mean they, or we will take them. Somebody will, but I dont think it will be us, especially in the 2nd round.
and mccluster would be so dangerous with choice in the razorback, cathing passes out of the backfield on 3rd down or in the slot, along with returning punts, kickoffs, remember dbair felix isnt going to return kickoffs this year;
McCluster's been at his best as a RB, we dont have a spot for another RB that would be active on game days. He is a projection anywhere else, including returner. He hasnt done alot of it and wasnt very good at it when he did.
its true dickerson isnt a legitimate fb, but we dont need him playing fb all the time, just on certain occassions, what you can do is put dickerson also in the slot, (crayton's position- this is where you can trade crayton for a 3rd in the draft, maybe with a 7th too), and put dickerson also at wr some, he has played wr, and he caught 7, yes thats right 7 TDs in the red zone last year, just what we need, with his 4.4 speed, no linebacker or safety can stay with him, (He will also push the heck out of Bennett too, something that Bennett needs big time to get him to work)
He's another one thats I'm suspicious of in regards to his workout numbers. He certainly showed no abiluty to get downfield at Pitt, and virtually every write up on him says the same thing. Its great that he's caught some redzone tds, but we already have 3 TE's here who can be tremendous redzone weapons, if the QB chooses to throw them the ball and the coordinator designs routes for them to be utilized down there. He's a liability as a blocker, so IMO he cant really be much mroe than an H-Back.
thats why im hoping we can get a 3rd and possibly a 7th for Crayton, and get another super player like dickerson
Your out of your mind thinking Dickerson can replace what Crayton does offensively right now.
