I think Campbell has Detroit finally going in the right direction. Got some good, young talent and a decent QB.

I see Dan Campbell as more like a poor man’s Bill Parcells rather than a Jimmy Johnson. Jimmy was much more cerebral than inspirational speech guy. Campbell isn’t the sharpest Xs and Os guy but he’s great “motivating the Joe’s.”

Hopefully he has some good assistants because you have to be pretty innovative in todays NFL to win. The days of physically whipping your opponents every week doesn’t work anymore. Talent margins between teams are too thin.
